Taxes
For orders in Taiwan exceeding TWD$2,000, you may be required to pay applicable taxes before picking up the goods. The buyer is solely responsible for paying the relevant fees.
EZ WAY Registration Instructions
Due to the announcement from the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, starting from January 16, 2019, recipients of overseas parcels will need to complete real-name authentication before the parcels can be delivered to Taiwan.
We recommend that customers from Taiwan first download the real-name authentication app "EZ WAY" on their mobile phones and complete the registration of their personal information. Please also make sure to fill in the recipient's Chinese name (full name), mobile phone number and ID number when placing an order to facilitate smooth delivery of the package to your home.

If the customer fails to complete the real-name verification for EZWAY APP registration or the information provided is incorrect, the package will not be able to enter Taiwan successfully. The order will be returned to our original address in Hong Kong, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
